Ordering and Shipping Information
All merchandise orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Because each item may have different production requirements, your estimated shipping timeline will depend on the products included in your order.
3–5 Day Production Items
Items marked 3–5 Day Production are eligible for express production because these products are already available in the supplier’s warehouse. Eligible products will be clearly identified in the store and can also be found using the store filters.
Important: To qualify for 3–5 Day Production, every item in your order must be eligible for express production. If your cart contains a combination of express and standard-production items, the entire order will follow the standard production timeline.
Standard Production
Production times for standard items vary depending on the vendor and product. An estimated ship date will be calculated during checkout and displayed in your cart. This estimated date will also appear in your order confirmation email after your purchase is complete.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your electronic packing slip and tracking information so you can follow your shipment.
